Summer Vacation is less than 20 school days away for us! Can I just say how ready we are? It’s been a long school year and we are just so ready for some rest and relaxation. Happy Popsicle Week!!! I am super late with this post but we have been enjoying my grandmother visiting us. We wrapped up an amazing Birthday week for Bunbun, filled with lots of fun in the sun and swimming in the pool.

Now that summer is here, we need to beat the Florida heat and stay cool and refreshed. So this week, I broke out the popsicle molds! Of course the kids were excited and totally watching the clock, waiting for their chance at one of my strawberry lemonade popsicles.
We used to buy store-bought popsicles, but the amount of sugar, high-fructose corn syrup and dyes really bothered us. We do our best to only eat organics and shop exclusively at Whole Foods. Don’t get me wrong, there are many conventional items we still purchase from time to time, but mostly everything in our home is Organic and GMO Free. Just like these popsicles!
