30-Minute Spinach and Artichoke Dip


  • 2 cups, Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 10 oz. box, Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed)
  • 14 oz. can, Artichoke hearts (chopped & drained)
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 2/3 cup, Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. block/box, Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup, Mayonnaise


  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts
  3. In a separate, medium bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise
  4. Combine both bowls into one and mix until all ingredients are well combined
  5. Pour into an 8x8 pan or small casserole dish
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  7. Serve Warm
